Two of my money plants at home hadn’t been flowering/growing/producing new leaves for months. Poured half a cup of kefir in each yesterday evening. Lo and behold! This morning there were new leaves in each!!!! If this is what it can do for plants that are drying - imagine what our kefir can do for the internal health of humans!!
OUR STORY I, Abhimayu Singh Rathore, am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. I primarily brought kefir to India as I didn't find a suitable probiotic for my clients. As and when my clients started noticing significant and considerable improvements, I decided I would make this elixir available and accessible to all. I strongly believe in preventive healthcare. That's when, three years ago, I took the plunge to kick my corporate bucket and move back to India. Kefir is enjoyed as a fermented milk and non-milk based product by many different cultures worldwide... particularly in Europe and Asia. We sourced our kefir grains from Europe when we started our journey over two years ago. After tons of permutations and combinations of temperature, pressure, quantity, we have finally succeeded in making kefir in varying Indian temperatures, round the year. We have five different variants: SPRING-WATER KEFIR, COCONUT-WATER KEFIR, CINNAMON-COCONUT WATER KEFIR, A2-ORGANIC MILK KEFIR and ORGANIC GOAT-MILK KEFIR. Our kefir grains are our closest pet and we create each batch with a lot of love and positive energy, and utmost care to ensure the perfect environment for the kefir to develop.
Why the most powerful probiotic, Kefir, brought to you by KefirCo, is the elixir your skin has been asking for! New research shows that the likes of eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne are not actually skin conditions but autoimmune disorders that sit in the gut. So, it appears kefir has the potential to significantly re-populate gut bacteria and thus heal the skin. Many people have, to some extent, some level of microbiome damage due to antibiotics, sugar and stress. On the skin, this can appear as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or acne; in your brain, it shows up as anxiety or depression; in the nervous system it can appear as fatigue; in the gut, it manifests as pain, bloating, food allergies or IBS and in your sinuses it shows up as allergies. In short, in order to heal the skin, you have to heal the gut, and kefir has been proven to do precisely this. Choose any of our five delicious variants: Spring Water kefir, A2 Organic milk kefir, Goat milk kefir, Coconut water kefir or Cinnamon coconut water kefir, and get on the path that leads you straight to glowing skin!
Prepare your gut with the best probiotic in India, and get ready to travel, and stomach all new experiences that come along with as well as enhance themselves with the local food! Nourish all your senses and your soul. Travel freely without being concerned about travel sicknesses and colds and nausea!
Kefir and its benefits for pregnant women and women. Kefir, the most beneficial health drink of all time is a gift from nature and not a product of lab experiments or chemical processes. Some say it is a gift from God and go so far to say that God fed Moses and the Israelites with some kind of kefir in the form of manna. Since kefir is organic and all-natural, it is no surprise that it has no known side effects and is perfectly safe to be consumed by pregnant and lactating women. In fact, experts in women’s health recommend pregnant women to take kefir, not just once but regularly. According to Alyson Lippman, Registered Nutritionist, pregnant women can drink kefir to prevent the overgrowth of a bacterium called Group B Beta Strep. Other than the bacterium Strep, yeast infection is also a concern of pregnant women. Such infection can begin in the breasts and could easily be passed to the child as the mother nurses her newborn. If the mother is regularly taking in probiotics, that would reduce the risk considerably. Another women’s health specialist, Valerie Early, who is a also registered dietitian and pharmacy technician, focuses on providing hormonal balance through medical nutrition therapy. The expert dietician tells her clients to take a cup of kefir a day to help protect them from yeast infection, discharge and any vaginal discomfort, especially to women who are over 40 years old. The National Kefir Association (US) not only declares kefir as safe for women but also recommends it. NKA declares, “Pregnant and nursing women are advised to drink kefir in order to absorb essential nutrients, increase immunity and aid the body’s adjustment to hormonal changes. But hormonal imbalances cause problems for women at all life stages, often in the form of irritating and even life threatening infections, such as yeast overgrowth, caused by depletion of good bacteria. Fortunately probiotic-filled Kefir can help prevent and even treat many such infections.”
